What is MicroNeedling?

MicroNeedling is a medical facial performed in Medical spas.

MicroNeedling is the action of creating very small micro channels that are mechanically created in the skin with a hand held device. These tiny needle injuries, can help deliver therapeutic serums past the outer protective epidermal layer into the dermis and intensify their efficaciousness by 3000%.

It also creates collagen and there may be a little bit of pin point bleeding but that is good as our blood is rich in platelets that bring nutrients to your epidermis.

What serums are available?

MicroNeedling  treatment includes your choice of the following serums:

  • Anti-Aging / Wrinkles
  • Acne Scarring / Wound Healing
  • Pigmentation

Does it hurt?

A custom topical numbing cream is applied 1 hour before treatment. There is no thermal heat with this procedure so there is less discomfort than most laser treatments. Most people report a 2-4 out of 10 as an ouch factor but occasionally we have had reports of as high as 8 out of 10.

What can it help with?

It will diminish fine lines, pore size, texture, restore radiance to skin, help with acne and acne scars, stretch marks, scars, pigment, cellulite and even hair loss or hair miniaturization.

Is there down time?

Typically we say no extreme exercise or saunas for 24 hours. There may be a little redness after treatment but most people can apply make- up after 4 hours and look fine.

How much does the treatment cost?

Full-Face Treatment is $350.
