Our standard business days are Monday to Friday. Our clinic is open “By Appointment Only” so we may be open on weekends but Saturday and Sunday do not qualify for business days.
To cancel or make changes to youu upcoming service, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email will serve as the time-stamp for our 2-Business Day Cancelation Policy.
Please note: If your scheduled service is on Monday or Tuesday, you must contact us by the same time on Thursday (for Monday appointments) or Friday (for Tuesday appointments) in order to avoid cancelation charges.
CANCELLING, RESCHEDULING OR ADJUSTING AN APPOINTMENT: Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We have allocated a specific amount of time for the services requested. A credit card is required in order to reserve your spot.
Should you need to cancel, adjust or reschedule your appointment, we require 2 business days notice to avoid charges as follows:
- General Consultations: General Consultations are free but if you do not provide 2 business days of cancellation or rescheduling, you may be subject to a $50 rebooking fee.
- Appointments with the Nurse Practitioner: Providing less than 2 business days notice for a scheduled appointment with the Nurse Practitioner may result in a charge of $100.
- Scheduled Appointments with Technician: Failure to provide 2 business days notice will result in a charge of $50.
- Pre-Paid Packages: Missed appointments or failure to provide 2 business days notice may result in your account being registered as “Innactive”. Before receiving treatment, you may be required to first pay a $50 Account Reactivation Fee.
